Keystone Capital Management Group
At Keystone Capital Management Group, we create lifelong strategies and relationships made to withstand the certainty of uncertainty.
Kimberle Dyer, MBA
Investment Adviser Representative
As an Investment Adviser Representative at Keystone Capital Management Group, LLC, Kim Dyer is committed to helping clients work toward their retirement goals through financial planning. After receiving her degree in accounting from the University of Wyoming, Kim went on to receive her MBA from the University of Nebraska. With more than 20 years of experience in accounting and administration in the medical field, Kim’s unique perspective is an asset to her clients.
In 2006, Kim co-founded a financial services firm in Billings, Montana, where she and her partner built a thriving business serving ranchers, business owners, and retirement and estate clients. After 10 years, Kim sold her interest in the partnership and relocated to Glendale, Arizona, to join Keystone Capital Management Group. Kim appreciated Keystone’s focus on RETIREMENT DNATM (Dynamic Needs Analysis) and a commitment to providing the kind of service the advisors would want for their own family and friends. Today, Kim works with clients and qualified legal and tax professionals to help create an overall financial strategy for clients.
Kim’s passion is helping clients reach their retirement income, estate planning and financial goals. She has passed the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities exams and has insurance licenses in Arizona, Colorado, Montana and Wyoming.
Kim successfully combines her knowledge of business, insurance and financial planning in her dedication to helping clients achieve confidence in their financial future. As a professional concerned with the health, financial and social issues facing retirees, business owners and their estates, Kim continually participates in comprehensive education and training opportunities that benefit her clients.
After receiving certification as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Kim worked with the National Exit Planning office to initiate the organization’s Arizona chapter and has served as its president since May 2015. The Exit Planning Institute recently completed a business owner readiness survey of Arizona companies and held a Business Owner Forum in Phoenix, Arizona.
Kim and Dan, her husband of 23 years, have enjoyed settling in Arizona to pursue their love of golf. Kim and Dan both appreciate the “old Western way of life” and living in the “Valley of the Sun”!
Investment Adviser Representative
Pam collaborates with clients to define clear financial goals with realistic expectations, working hard to help protect them from emotional decisions that can negatively impact their long-term financial success.
After an eight-year banking career in the early 1980s, Pam returned to the financial industry in 2003 as a Registered Representative. In 2008, she became an Investment Adviser Representative, which means she is required to uphold a fiduciary duty of care and always act in the best interest of her clients. She has passed the FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 exams and has insurance licenses in Arizona, Idaho, Nevada and Utah. Her forte lies primarily in asset management and in guiding clients to and through retirement.
Pam understands the accumulation and retirement challenges that many employees and business owners face as they navigate through their retirement plans and benefits. She also finds great satisfaction from working with aging adults, particularly women in transition. Through her personal and professional experience, she understands the unique challenges and communication barriers that exist for clients relating to finance and investments. People work with people they like and trust.
Pam enjoys being active in the community through volunteer opportunities in her church, philanthropic organizations and networking groups aimed at improving the lives of fellow citizens. Some of her activities include the Golden Wheel Organization, 1999–2012; Dynamic Business Builders of Arizona, 2004–2012; West Valley Women, 2011–Present; Executive Women International, 2012–2015; Avondale Mayor’s Interfaith Council, 2012–2016; Community Service Specialist – JustServe.org, 2014–Present; and Board of Directors member at Sierra Winds Retirement Community, February 2016–Present.
An avid public speaker, Pam has been a keynote speaker at many women’s conferences and also has served as an instructor for adult continuing education classes.
Pam and her husband, Dave, have lived in the Valley since 1985 and have three children and eight grandchildren. Her husband’s struggle with multiple sclerosis has led Pam to become involved with an MS support group and to strive to support and collaborate with other families affected by the disease.
Two of Pam’s favorite quotes are:
“You will come to know that what appears today to be a sacrifice will prove instead to be the greatest investment that you will ever make.” –Gordon B. Hinckley
“Never take advice from anyone who doesn’t have to live through the consequences with you!” –Kevin O’Leary, “Shark Tank”

Vicki Godby’s passion in life is to help people, whether through physically doing something or emotionally listening. She strives to be a bright spot for others and is proud that her role at Keystone Capital Management Group, LLC, helps fulfill that goal.
In many ways, Vicki is the face of Keystone Capital Management Group. From answering the phones to answering the door, she is often the first team member clients interact with and is the go-to person for making others feel part of the Keystone family.
Vicki joined the firm in 2016 and is responsible for scheduling client appointments and events, processing client paperwork and assisting the team in providing a positive experience for clients and the community. Additionally, she is the office notary.
Vicki’s previous experience as office coordinator for Yakima County Public Services — where she received the customer service award two years in a row — trained her well for her current role at Keystone. She maintains excellent customer service, attention to detail and time management skills.
Vicki spends time away from the office kayaking, biking, hiking, running marathons, reading, gardening, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Several years ago, she moved from Washington state to Surprise, Arizona, where she lives with her husband and their golden retriever. Vicki has two adult sons: Daniel, who lives in Austria, and Tyler, who lives in Washington state.
